Cypress Palms at a glance
Cypress Palms is Meriton's twin tower project at 3-7 Cypress Avenue, Surfers Paradise, designed by DBI Architects. The two towers rise 76 and 90 storeys from a full island block bounded by Cypress Avenue, Palm Avenue, Surfers Paradise Boulevard and Ferny Avenue, which places them among the tallest residential buildings in Queensland. Meriton is both the developer and the builder, and completion is expected in late 2028 to 2029.
The collection spans one to four bedrooms, with prices starting from $815,000 for a one-bedroom residence. This guide sets out pricing for each configuration, the resident facilities, the location, and the questions buyers most often ask before committing to an off-the-plan purchase. For live availability and every floorplan, visit the Cypress Palms project page.

Inside the residences
Layouts are open plan, with living and dining areas opening directly onto sheltered balconies. Full-height acoustic glazing runs around the perimeter, bringing in natural light while keeping the city sound outside. Depending on level and aspect, outlooks take in the Pacific Ocean, the channels of the Nerang River and the hinterland ranges to the west.
From the street, the towers are defined by sculptural glass facades joined by an illuminated golden vertical spine, rising from a cascading eight-level subtropical podium. The landscaped upper podium on Levels 8 and 9 holds the main resident facilities, set well above the activity of the streets below.
At the top of the range, the four-bedroom residences offer between 201 and 213m² of internal space with three bathrooms and two car spaces. That is the floor area of a generous family house, with the outlook and services of a high-rise apartment.
Buyers choose from four interior schemes. Kitchens are finished in Cosentino Dekton and Caesarstone, with polyurethane joinery and a full suite of integrated FRANKE gas appliances. Bathrooms and ensuites pair marble-look porcelain tiles with frameless walk-in showers, freestanding baths and wall-hung mirrored vanities with brushed brass fittings.
Resident facilities on two levels
Levels 8 and 9 form a landscaped subtropical podium. Its centrepiece is a cascading lagoon pool of more than 350 square metres, surrounded by an open-air heated spa, daybed lounges set into the water and covered barbecue pavilions.
Level 32 is given over to wellness, with a 20-metre heated indoor lap pool, a cedar sauna, a spa and a fully equipped gym. Because the lap pool is indoors and heated, it can be used in every season.
At street level, an open-air dining and retail promenade wraps the building. It includes a full-line national supermarket and cafes, so the weekly shop is a lift ride away.
